    During shifts, we are often mentally exhausted, so staying hydrated is very important, because being dehydrated can lead to headaches, fatigue, etc.

    Drinking water is also beneficial to our general health, so getting into the habit of drinking lots of it every day is a great way to keep ourselves healthy.

    2. Pick Your Shifting Method

    There are several things to consider about choosing a shifting method. First, make sure that the method you want to use really does what it says it will do. If it doesn’t work, you will waste your time and effort.

    Second, try different methods to see which one works best for you. Don’t just pick up one method and give up on it because it didn’t work the first time. Try again and again until you find something that works for you.

    Thirdly, avoid getting too excited about the initial success of a particular method. Many people fail to realize that even though they feel great during the waking phase, they will still experience the same negative emotions and thoughts that they experienced during the dreaming phase.
